I hope you don't get lazy writing like this. It's tempting to write a journal entry and forget about painting the picture. I love the bit about Jack's eyes. I think that's the strongest part and it's because it's so visual. And the moment in the corrdior—I can see it.
The stuff about Daniel being picked on in school seems so far removed that I don't get any kind of emotion off it, it's just words, but these visual specific moments with Jack are so strong.
I was a little unclear at the end if this was still movie or if we'd moved into Season 1.
